we might have many cooking methods ,I would like share the best way and easy way of chole curry .
Ingredients for chole masala:
- Kabuli chana (white chick peas ) – 1 cup
- Onion – finely chopped ( 2)
- Chole masala
- Coriander powder
- Cumin powder
- Green chillies
- Oil – 4 table spoons
- Ginger garlic paste
- Tomato paste
- Coriander leaves
- Turmeric powder
Making of tomato paste:
Take one tomato, onion , cut them in to fine pieces , fry them on pan by adding half spoon of oil , let them cool for a while and grind them well in mixer .
Preparation of chole masala:

Soak the chick peas for 6 hours before cooking and boil them with a pinch of salt and keep it a side.
Heat 4 table spoons of oil in pan ,fry chocked onions , cinnamon , green chili ,until it turns into golden brown color.
Add the prepared tomato paste , 2 table spoons of ginger and garlic paste , some turmeric powder , two spoons of coriander powder , one spoon of cumin powder and chole masala and mix it well.
To the mixture add boiled chick peas , one table spoon of chili powder , cup of water, 2 spoons of salt , stir it well and close the lid , cook it for 10-15 mins .
Garam hot Chole masala is ready to serve.
The delicious Chole masala can be served with bhatura, plain basmati rice , Jeera rice , poori , naan, plain paratha.
