I have a special shake for you which is home made ,Masala milk.
Do you know we can also make a protein powder( Masala powder) at our home .Lets see how to prepare .
Ingredients for Masala Powder:
- Cashew nets – 1/2 cup
- Almonds – 1/2 cup
- Pistachios – 1/2 cup
- Black pepper (crushed )- 1 tsp
- Grated nutmeg – 1.5 tsp
- Milk powder ( optional ) – 4 tsp
- cardamom
- saffron – 0.5 grams
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Preparation Method:
Step1:
Preparation of Masala powder :
Masala powder its nothing but a protein powder .Set a pan on medium heat and roast almonds, cashew and pistachios for 3-4 minutes . After cooling them down add these roasted nuts into grinder along with saffron,grated nutmeg,black pepper,milk powder and turmeric powder .
Now grind them in very short intervals or in pulse mode. You can do this in batches as well.
Masala powder is ready !

Step 2:
Ingredients for Masala milk:
- Milk – 2 litres
- Cashew nets
- sugar
- saffron (5-6 strands)
- Masala powder
- Silver nuts (almonds, cashew ,pistachios)
Preparation of Masala milk :
Add 1/4th cup of water in a hot pan , add few cashew nets ,blanch them for 5-10 minutes .
Once it get cooled grind them into fine paste.
Boil the milk by stirring it well . Add 3 table spoon of Masala powder for one liter of milk and 1/4th of cashew nut paste .
Add saffron ,sugar( as per your sweetness) ,silver nuts for better flavor and color . Boil this on low flame for 5- 10 minutes.
Masala milk is ready you can serve hot or cool as per your taste .I prefer cool .

As nuts are high calorie food we can loose weight .
