Are you missing Burger king ? missing your favorite burger right! Lets prepare yummy burger with paneer.

After enjoying a royal meal for many days , you might be not in a mood for having another meal .

I have prepared this paneer burger with no cheese and in healthy way.

Ingredients for Paneer burger :

  • Paneer – 500 grams
  • Maida – 1/2 cup
  • Mirchi powder – 1 TSP
  • Green chili paste – 1 TSP
  • Ginger garlic past – 1 TSP
  • Amchur powder – 1 TSP
  • Black Pepper
  • Garam masala
  • Salt
  • Mayonnaise – 3/4th cup
  • Chili sauce – 2 TSP
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Tomato ketchup

Preparation of Paneer burger:

Step 1 ( how to prepare batter ):

Take a bowl add ½ cup Maida , one table spoon of mirchi powder , green chilli paste , ginger garlic paste , amchur powder , pinch of black pepper , garam masala , salt .

Add water gradually and whisk well to make into thick batter .

In another bowl take bread crumbs , add pinch of salt to taste and black pepper.


Step 2 :

Cut the paneer into 4*6 cm blocks .Dip and coat the paneer with the batter. Coat it with bread crumbs.

Deep fry the Paneer patty on medium high flame until and golden brown .

Step 3:

Sweet and Spicy Mayonnaise :Take 3/4th cup of mayonnaise , add 2 table spoon of red chilli sauce , 2 table spoon of tomato Ketchup, 1/4th table spoon of chopped garlic and mix it well .

Step 4:

Apply butter on heating pan , lightly toast the burger buns.

On one of the toasted bun apply sweet and spicy mayonnaise .Place romaine lettuce, Spicy paneer patty on other bun. Place one above the other . Woah ! Yummy paneer burger is ready .

100 grams of paneer contain few carbs, protein and fat . Its not rich source of protein or fat .You can have paneer in balanced way and at right time .

Can we have burger daily?

We can eat only one burger a week . If you want to maintain a balanced diet its better to have only one burger a week.

Burger contain good source of protein ,vitamins , iron and some nutritional value.Whole grain bun provides you high fiber .

Most nutritious value burger is hamburger .
